How I Help you...
I help you reach your healthy body weight through optimal nutrition. Forget about yo-yo dieting or fad diets. I will educate you about nutrition and help you build a better relationship with food. As a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, I aim to teach you long term sustainable habits so that you will never need to worry about your diet again. I will motivate, encourage but also hold you accountable to reach your goal.

Katrin has been coaching me for a little over 2 months now and I'm absolutely thrilled! She takes excellent care of me, gives me great tips and is always available if I have any questions! She knows how to motivate me in the right moments and also allows me to have one or two weak minutes. I have learned to better take care of what is good for me and my body and that makes me feel good and fit!
I've also built more physical activity into my daily schedule, it feels so good!

Katrin takes her job very serious. She will sit down with you and come up with a plan that works both ways. Has deep knowledge of nutrition and whatever you ask her, if she doesn't know it, she will find it. Anytime you need her, she's available. Even during the mental struggles and temptations that this journey can bring sometimes. Lastly, she is a caring and sweet person. Will guide you through the process with so much love that you won't miss that cookie you are not eating anymore. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it with passion. I've already lost 10 pounds with her. Yes! That's how good she is.
Katrin has been instrumental in kickstarting my weight loss and nutritional journey. I loved her detailed planning and weekly accountability check ins. She was always available for me to ask questions and would communicate throughout the week to check on my progress and ask how I was feeling. If I was struggling in any capacity she always had a helpful suggestion or tip to guide me through.
Thanks to her knowledge and motivation I’m down 10 pounds and counting. Unlike fad diets, her approach is sustainable and I’m already seeing my body fat percentage drop while increasing my muscle mass. I can’t recommend her services enough!
